Capability team

Forms the ‘home base’ and includes roles with similar capabilities.

  • Focused on capability excellence with a focus on innovation, digital tooling and data insights.
  • Clear service offering and one consistent way of working (per capability and on C&M level).
  • Combination of fixed and flexible roles, which allows deepening of expertise and (temporarily) switches.

Go-to-market team

Includes various capabilities who collaborate on a go-to-market topic such as a market theme or an integrated proposition.
